The intelligent manufacturing workshop can produce more than 8 million sets of gas meter components per year.

The automatic assemble line of measure unit

The automatic production line of measure unit is highly intelligent, and the automatic assembly of diaphragm components has been realized earlier in the industry, and the equipment is automatically completed from the on-line of parts to riveting and assembly. It also uses data analysis to perform self-learning, and realizes the advance pre-dial function of the unique error adjustment system, thereby improving the first-time test pass rate of the product. Many industrial camera recognition technology is applied to the production line to effectively improve the process control level of key stations and components. It also collect the data of assemble, which can provide customers with complete quality data and tracking the whole process from raw materials to finished products.

The automatic assemble line of gas meter

    Start from the year of 2014, we has finished the gas meter automatic assemble line. This assemble line uses a large number of technologies such as manipulators, machine vision technology, precision inspection and assembly, network management and control platforms. The assemble line is improved to realize intelligent feeding, intelligent detection, intelligent assembly and intelligent packing of parts and components. It can fully automatically complete the automatic feeding, gluing, assembly and offline operations of gas meter housings, magnets, sealing rings and other components. And the product consistency is good, which greatly improves the qualification rate.
